Suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels, Hatha Basics focuses on getting you into the fundamental asanas. Each pose will be held for five breaths to focus on alignment and posture.
Yin yoga involves holding passive asanas for a duration between 3-10 minutes. The focus is on stretching connective tissues, instead of activating the muscles.
Ashtanga yoga combines breath with a fixed sequence of postures to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This class is suited for beginners and will cover the Primary Series up till Navasana.
Private sessions offer a fully customised experience tailored to your goals, body and weekend schedule. Whether you’re working on flexibility, building strength or managing stress, each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are.

– Inclusive of a 30-minute video/voice call to preemptively discuss and understand your needs (for first-time students only)
