Padma, meaning 'lotus', is a symbol of grace and strength through challenge. padma pace is where that journey unfolds.

If you're new to yoga, getting back into the practice, or simply revisiting your foundations - this is the place for you. Each of our three class types offers a different pace according to your needs. No matter your level of strength or flexibility, everyone is welcome to explore the benefits of yoga.

All yoga classes are taught by Rachel, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certified through Yoga Alliance with a background in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Rachel's classes emphasize alignment, posture, and breath to create a strong and mindful foundation for practice.
