1-on-1 Mindful Movement

Private sessions offer a fully customised experience tailored to your goals, body and weekend schedule. Whether you’re working on flexibility, building strength or managing stress, each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are.

Important to Note:

– Only available on Saturdays and Sundays

– Inclusive of a 30-minute video/voice call to preemptively discuss and understand your needs (for first-time students only)

– Location flexible

– Knee pads, blocks, and yoga straps provided. Mat will be provided upon request.
