Hatha Basics

The practice of Hatha yoga aims to ground and energise by balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, our Hatha Basics class focuses on familiarising you with foundational yoga poses and breathwork. Each pose will be held for five breaths to focus on alignment and posture.
